Service: From the time we receive your order until it is on its way, please allow up to 10 working days (Monday-Friday) for ribbons, rosettes, plaques, trophies and stock medals. For ribbons with custom (customer) logo(s), allow up to 2 weeks. Custom medals and pins require 6 to 8 weeks. All deadlines will be met if possible. We ship UPS, we can ship USPS or FEDEX if requested, see SHIPPING. We can do fast shipping, if your order necessitates. Those charges will be reflected on your invoice

Please Use Our order Blanks: They are available online at www.rapidribbons.com . We cannot be responsible for incorrect or illegible copy. Type or print clearly (no pencils or felt tip pens, please). Include your purchase order or P.O. number if it is required by your school or business. Please give us your name or a contact person’s name, street address and a daytime phone number, including your area code. Please give a specific due date – it is important !

Rush Charge: There will be a $20% express charge for orders which must be shipped the same day in order to meet your date needed.

Excessive Type And/Or Excessive Changes: There may be charges; you will be contacted before your order is processed.

Custom Logos: Clean, black & white artwork. If emailing logo (preferred) please send in JPEG or PDF format with 300 psi or greater. If additional work is needed for the logo, additional fees may apply. Please allow additional time for custom logos. Please contact us with any other questions.

Shipping: All orders will be shipped UPS, unless specified otherwise. We will use the most efficient method available, ground/3 day select/2nd day/next day, to have your order arrive on or before your date needed. If you wish to have your order shipped by another method, please specify on your order. We will not be responsible for orders shipped USPS that are lost or delivered late. If that USPS order has to be made over, it will be at the expense of the customer. UPS(best claim service) and FedEx have policies in place that allow us to file claims for packages that are lost, damaged or delivered late.

Drop Shipments: A charge of $6.70 will be added for each drop ship destination.

Foreign Shipments: All foreign orders must be prepaid. Visa & Mastercard accepted. Please allow additional up to 3 weeks travel time.

Terms & Conditions: Open accounts are available to all schools and bona fide organizations. Net amount due on receipt of the invoice. Dealers’ first order must be prepaid, Visa & Mastercard accepted. All checks need to have the U.S. Bank bar code or they will be returned with an additional handling fee. To qualify for tax exempt status, the order must be billed to the school or oganization and the tax exempt number must be on file in our office.

Returns & Restocking Charge: NO return goods accepted without authorization. Returns for credit or exchange may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Claims: Claims for damaged or errors need to be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Please check your order immediately so that any errors can be corrected. If goods are damaged during shipment, claims need to be made against the carrier, please contact us immediately.

Plant Shutdown: The plant is closed the week between Christmas and New Year’s and also the week of July 4th.
